Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to take part in games of chance where you live. You must use your own Minecraft account. One account per person; multiple accounts, shared accounts or playing for someone else are not allowed.

DonutWager is an independent, fan-run site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by DonutSMP, its owners or staff, Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

DonutSMP's own rules apply to you on their server. Following them is your responsibility, not ours.

We are not responsible for anything DonutSMP (or any other server, Mojang or Microsoft) does to your account, including bans, mutes, economy resets, rollbacks, wiped or frozen balances, or held payments, whatever the reason, including if the reason relates to using this site.

We can't reverse, appeal or compensate for those actions, and we can't pay you for money or items you lose because of them.

• Deposits are made in game with /pay to one of our bank accounts, following the exact steps shown on the site. Payments sent any other way (wrong amount, wrong account, not started on the site, or after a request expired) may not be credited automatically.
• Withdrawals are paid in game, only to the Minecraft account that owns the balance. We never send withdrawals to a different account, and we never pay out in real money, gift cards, items or any other form.
• If your account can't receive payments (for example it is banned, muted from payments, restricted, or no longer exists), we can't deliver your withdrawal. In that case we are not responsible for the balance and we have no obligation to pay it to you or anyone else in any other way.
• Large amounts are paid in several smaller payments from different bank accounts. Delays can happen if the server is down, our bank accounts are offline, or a payment needs a manual check.
• We may refuse, delay or reverse deposits or withdrawals that look like fraud, exploits, money laundering or abuse.

Every game has a built-in house edge, so you should expect to lose over time. Bets are final once placed. We do not refund losses, including losses you regret, losses while on stream, or losses during a losing streak.

Game results are provably fair: you can verify any round on the fairness and verify pages. Maximum bets can change at any time depending on the site's bankroll.

All balances on the site represent DonutSMP in-game currency. They have no real-world monetary value, can't be bought from us with real money, and are never exchanged for real money by us. Don't buy or sell in-game currency for real money to use here.

If a bug, outage, wrong payout or mistake on our side gives someone money they shouldn't have, we may correct the balance or void the affected rounds. Rounds that are cut short by an outage are settled from their recorded state where possible.

The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that any game will stay online.

• Exploiting bugs, scripts, bots or automation to play, or trying to predict or manipulate results.
• Using someone else's account, sharing accounts, or creating multiple accounts.
• Sending payments designed to trick the site (fake receipts, spoofed chat messages and similar).
• Harassing other players, staff or streamers.

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account and keep or void balances connected to the abuse.

You can pause betting and deposits for 1 day up to 1 year on the account page. Breaks can't be shortened once started. Withdrawals keep working during a break.

You're responsible for your Minecraft account and anything done while you're signed in. Sign out on shared computers. We will never ask for your password.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss of in-game currency, items, accounts, time, or any indirect loss, except for in-game balance that is shown on your account and that we are able to pay out under section 4. Our total responsibility to you is limited to that balance.

We may change these terms, the games, odds (as new published versions) or limits at any time; the "last updated" date shows the latest version. We may close the site or any account. If we close the site, we'll give players a reasonable chance to withdraw balances that can be paid out under section 4.

• Every player can invite others with their referral link (their Minecraft name). The referrer gets the bonus shown on the referrals page once the invited player meets the deposit and play requirements shown there.
• Referral bonuses can be played right away but can only be withdrawn after they have been wagered the number of times shown on the referrals page. If a bonus is lost before then, it is gone.
• One bonus per invited player, only for new players who join through the link or enter the code before their first deposit. Self-referrals, alt accounts, shared accounts and any other abuse are not allowed. Referrals that look like the same person may be held for review.
• We may refuse, reverse or void referral bonuses connected to abuse, and we may change or end the program at any time. Bonuses already paid are part of your balance.
