Privacy Policy

• Your Minecraft username, which you prove you own with a small in-game /pay when you sign in. We never ask for or see your Minecraft or Microsoft password.
• Your balance and history: deposits, withdrawals, bets, payouts, game rounds, provably fair seeds, and duels you played.
• Payment messages our bank accounts receive in game that relate to you (for example "Steve paid you $1,000"), so payments can be matched and checked.
• Account settings such as an active break (self-exclusion) and when you confirmed you are 18+.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie, and your IP address, which is used briefly to rate-limit requests and block abuse. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.

• dw_session: keeps you signed in. It's an http-only cookie; we only store a hashed version of it. Signing out deletes it.
• Your browser's local storage remembers small preferences like sound on/off and volume. In the play-money demo, your demo progress is saved there too, only on your device.
• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Some activity is public on purpose, like on most game sites: your username and Minecraft head, and for settled bets the game, bet amount, multiplier and payout in the live bets feed. Your bets in a shared Crash round and duels you create or join are also visible to other players. Your balance and transfer history are private.

• To run your account, games and balance, and to send deposits and withdrawals in game.
• To check payments, prevent fraud, exploits and duplicate accounts, and resolve disputes.
• To keep the bankroll safe (for example limiting bets) and to enforce breaks you set.
• To keep the site working and secure.

• Hosting providers that run the site and its database, only to provide that service.
• mc-heads.net, which serves Minecraft head images. Your browser asks it for the head of each username shown on a page, so it sees those usernames and your IP address.
• DonutSMP sees in-game payments between you and our bank accounts, as with any /pay on their server.
• If required by law, or to protect the site and its players from fraud or abuse.

Sponsored links take you to other sites with their own privacy policies; we don't share your data with them.

We keep account, balance and transaction records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards as long as needed to handle disputes, prevent fraud and keep accurate records of money movements. Rate-limit data about IP addresses is kept for minutes, not stored long term.

• Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it.
• Ask us to delete your account. We'll remove or anonymize what we can, but we may keep transaction records we need for the reasons above. Withdraw any balance first: see the Terms.
• Take a break from betting and deposits at any time on the account page.

The site is for adults (18+) only. We don't knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use it; if we find out an account belongs to a minor, we close it.
